A peek at what’s left the shop lately — bouquets, big days and one very lucky doorstep. Names withheld; the grins were real.
A regular walked in with no occasion at all — “she just deserves flowers.” We tied white lilies around a single red rose and watched him practise his surprise face at the counter.

Ten years married, and he wanted “red, but not boring.” Cream roses and baby’s breath woven through the red did it — delivered to her office with a card he wrote in the shop.
Hand-delivered by 11am
Ordered at 10am for a lunchtime surprise: blush roses, pink carnations and white lisianthus, wrapped soft and full. The birthday girl cried, then asked who our florist was. She’s looking at her.

Cream roses, white blooms and eucalyptus for a bride who wanted “quiet elegance, nothing shouty.” We built the bridal bouquet plus six table centres and set them up before the guests arrived.

Flower day starts early: stems in by eight, conditioned, bucketed and shelved before the door opens. This is the little green corner of Barr Street worth the detour.
